Breyerfest Pickups Are Back!
We are once again offering Breyerfest 2020 pickups! With hundreds of returning clients each year, and well over 1000 models picked up for hobbiests over the years, we are one of the most trusted Pickup Services in the hobby!

Below you will find a summary of my pickup information and terms…Please Read Them Thoroughly.
Here is where information gets grueling. I know this is no fun to read through, but I ask that if you are using me for pickups, that you thoroughly read my terms and confirm with me that you understand them all. I ask this so that both of us are on the same page, and that there are no mis-understandings between us.
I only have a limited number of pickup slots open-they are first come, first served. As always, I only have a limited number of people, and therefore bodies and hands to take to Breyerfest, so my slots are limited.
Payments:
I can take time payments on large orders. If you need time payments, please let me know up front. ALL payments must be completed by June 28th, no exceptions.
Deposits: To place a deposit to hold your spot on my pickup list, you will need to order at least 1 Childs 3-Day packet from Breyer. Once I receive confirmation that you have ordered the child’s ticket packet, your account will be credited $65 per full packet. If you purchase the adult ticket packet, you will be credited $85.
SR TICKET CHANGES-PLEASE SELECT EITHER FRIDAY (11, 12, 1, 2, 3) OR SUNDAY (10, 11, 12, 1, 2) TIMES WHEN SELECTING YOUR SR TICKET…I DO NOT ATTEND ON SATURDAY, SO IF YOU SELECT A SATURDAY TICKET, OR THE “ANY TIME” OPTION, I COULD GET THE WRONG TIME, WHICH POSES ISSUES FOR ME AND MY GROUP.
Prices(these prices are generalizations):
Celebration Model with purchase of other Breyerfest Models-$35
Most Special Runs*-$140-160
Surprise Model*-$160 opened, $200 unopened
Traditional Store Specials*-$120-140
Crystals*-$90
Single Day Stablemates*-$30 each, or all 4 for $100
*These ESTIMATED prices are based off of last year; if Breyer changes or increases prices, mine will adjust accordingly.
Surprise Models:
Assuming that they will offer these again this year, my guidelines are as follows: For opened surprise models, I WILL open them, check for major flaws, and then ask my customers in the order that they ordered and paid in full, which model is their 1st, 2nd and 3rd color choice. This does NOT guarantee you your 1st color choice. However, I have had wonderful luck in this process, and I hope for it to continue to provide everyone with their 1st color choice. 😊 I do occasionally acquire glossy models in the SR lines, and in that case, they are offered to customers in the first come, first paid in full method. Something that I will stress, is that even if you are within the first 5 in the list, that DOES NOT guarantee that you will get a Glossy. IT IS LUCK OF THE DRAW. I can’t stress that enough…I do my best, but sometimes luck is not on my side, and despite my best efforts, the Matte models are the most commonly purchased.
For UNOPENED models, they are simply that, UNOPENED. The risk involved with choosing this option is that there could be flaws. There is no return policy on these, so please accept the risk of flaws if you wish to purchase them unopened. Also, to clarify, in the last couple years Breyer has not sealed the SR bags, but only put a piece of tape across the opening. I want to assure you that I will not open bags that are meant to stay sealed.
Refunds:
Unfortunately, as the Breyerfest venture requires a great deal of preparation and funds, I am unable to offer any refunds in the event that you are unable to complete payments for any reason. However, in the event that I am unable to fulfill my pickups, you will be offered a full refund, or a substitute model of equal value.
Flawed models:
Last year was a fairly good year for quality control, however 2015 was an interesting one. I can not guarantee an “LSQ” model, but what I can do is assure you that my pickup procedures will give you the best model I can possibly get. When I go through the SR lines, I open and check horses for major flaws, and attempt to exchange as many as I can if they are in bad shape. Once I am no longer able to exchange, I bring all the models home, and ship ONLY the best out of the bunch.
Shipping:
Shipping will be calculated and charged to the exact cost upon my return home. You can expect that your models will be shipped between July 15th-24th.
